  11.         Hello.  I'm looking for the specifications for accessing both a
  12.    usenet and a mail server.  I have tried asking this on various groups
  13.    before, and I have also searched the web, but in the end I came up with
  14.    nothing! :(  Can somebody point me to a web page, a FAQ, or a book
  15.    somewhere?  I'd really appreciate it.  Thanks!
